Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

  • Company (referred to as either "Bulki", "Bulki AI", "Bulki.ai", "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Bulki, LLC.

  • Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.

  • Service refers to the Website, Software As A Service (SAAS), API, Webapp, App, Desktop Software.

  • Terms and Conditions (also referred as "Terms") mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.

  • Third-party Social Media Service means any services or content (including data, information, products or services) provided by a third-party that may be displayed, included or made available by the Service.

  • Website refers to Bulki.ai, accessible from Bulki.ai

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Subscription Cancellation Rights

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect immediately. If you cancel, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund based on the unused credits remaining in your account at the time of cancellation. To initiate a refund, please follow the steps outlined in the 'Refund Process' section below.

Post-Cancellation Account Deletion

Upon cancellation of your subscription, please be aware that your account and all associated data, images, files or content you have created will be permanently deleted from our servers within 14 days of your cancellation request. This deletion is irreversible, and we cannot recover any data once it has been removed. We recommend that you secure any necessary files or information from your account before initiating the cancellation process. This step ensures compliance with data privacy and security standards.

Refund Limitations

Refunds are capped at the maximum amount paid for the latest single billing period. They are typically processed within 2 business days after your refund request is submitted and approved. Please note that certain fees, such as third-party service fees and specific AI processing fees, are non-refundable. Refunds are calculated by dividing the total amount paid for the current billing cycle by the total number of credits allocated for that cycle, then multiplying by the number of unused credits.

Refund Process

To request a refund, contact our customer service team at billing@bulki.ai or visit our Support page at Contact Us. You will need to provide your account email. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of cancellation. Upon approval, refunds are processed typically within 2 business days and will be credited back to the original method of payment.

Plan Upgrades and Downgrades

Upgrades

You can upgrade your subscription plan at any time. Upon upgrading, your account will be charged the difference in cost between your current plan and the upgraded plan, pro-rated for the remaining duration of the billing cycle.

Downgrades

You can downgrade your subscription plan at any time. If you downgrade, your subscription fees will be adjusted from the next billing cycle onwards. Please note that refunds are not provided for downgrades; instead, any excess credits will remain in your account to be used until the end of the current billing cycle. Additional storage fees may apply if you your previous usage is larger than the plan downgraded to.

Pause Plan

To request your account billing to be paused for a period of 90 dayys, contact our customer support team at billing@bulki.ai or visit our Support page at Contact Us. You will be notified of the monthly price of pausing your subscription, depending on your current usage. Pausing a plan cost only a portio of the existing plan, however new content can not be created while the plan is paused.

Exceptions

Please note that certain promotional or discounted offers may be excluded from this refund policy. In such cases, the specific terms and conditions associated with the offer will apply.

Acknowledgment

By subscribing to our services, you agree to this Cancelation & Refund Policy and acknowledge that you understand your rights and obligations as outlined above.

Changes to This Refund Policy

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Refund Policy at any time. If a revision is material, We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new Refund Policy taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised Refund Policy. If You do not agree to the new Refund Policy, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.

We will let You know via email and/or a prominent notice on Our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Refund Policy.

You are advised to review this Refund Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Refund Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
